Urge Pres. Obama to Insist that Israel Respect Palestinian Human Rights During "Direct Talks" -- At the urging of the Obama Administration, Israel and the Palestinians are engaging in "direct talks" about the situation in the Middle East.  Because respect for human rights is the basis for a sustainable peace between Israelis and Palestinians, we ask you to urge the Obama Administration to insist that Israel respect Palestinian human rights and free the people of Palestine irrespective of the existence of "direct talks".
