Sign Up to Meet Your Representative in Your District in August

In July, the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate each voted to urge President Obama to veto the Palestinian attempt to seek the state of Palestine's admission to the United Nations and consider aid restrictions on assistance to the Palestinian Authority for seeking such admission.

If we, supporters of justice in Palestine, want to change the outcomes of future votes, then we must engage our members of Congress.  From August 8 to September 5, we will have the chance to do just that.  During that period, your members of Congress will return to their states and districts to meet with you, their constituents.  Please use this important time to meet with your member of Congress or his or her staff, build relationships with them, and explain to them why a just U.S. policy toward Palestine matters to you, to the United States and to the peoples of the Middle East.

AAPER will guide you through the simple process and will provide you with everything that you need to have the most productive meeting possible.
